Located in Sarasota, Florida, Emergency Team Responders (ETR Catering) can move its Field Operations within 24 hours of mobilization to any site located within the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic region in any state and be fully operational in 36 hours.

ETR began its Emergency Disaster relief services in 1992 after Hurricane Andrew and has responded to numerous storms over the last 18 years. In 2001 ETR provided support for Hurricane Gabrielle. In 2004, one of the most active storm seasons, ETR was called on to provide restoration catering for all four hurricanes that ravaged Florida's utilities. ETR ran multiple sites across the state operating simultaneously serving 2,000 to 7,400 meals per day at each site. In 2005 ETR was mobilized for the relief efforts for the damage caused by Hurricane Wilma.  In 2008 ETR expanded its services outside of Florida and was mobilized to Texas in response to Hurricanes Ike and Gustav.

ETR has a proven track record of providing high quality, nutritious meals with a wide variety of menus. We strictly adhere to all menus required by contract periods. Through our diligent work we fully support the hard work of all personnel at the staging sites.

In addition to providing food services, ETR has forged alliances with numerous contactors and has the ability to provide water tank trucks, ice trucks, sleeping, laundry, and lavatory facilities. ETR provides logistics management, technical support, and general management teams at every site.

Emergency Team Responders is a fully licensed, fully insured, legally compliant business. Our highly trained staff is fully covered by Workers' Compensation through Tri-Net HR. All staff are drug tested and certified food handlers.
